Step and Sculpt

We currently have a few places left in the Monday morning Step and sculpt class:
Class duration is 1hour and 30mins. This workout includes a warm-up, then 40 mins of heart-pumping, fat-burning step aerobics. The body sculpting segment targets all major muscle groups using 1kg to 4kg of free weights and special resistance tubing and ankle weights for arms, legs and bum work. Core strength segment places special emphasis on integrating abdominal, back and bum muscles to give you a balanced core.
We end the class with a slow static stretch/balance segment.
The Monday morning class will be taught at the beginner level for those that are new to step.
